Orlando es un guardaparque que vive en lo más profundo de la Amazonía peruana, rodeado de monos rescatados del comercio ilegal de vida silvestre. Paradójicamente, vive en una jaula mientras los monos campan a sus anchas en el exterior. Es una vida peligrosa para Orlando, quien lleva las cicatrices de muchos ataques de monos mientras los reintegra a la naturaleza. Ahora, a sus 70 años, Orlando enfrenta la amenaza de retirarse diciendo que moriría de pena si regresara a la ciudad. ¿Se verá obligado a abandonar el bosque que llama hogar y los monos a los que ha dedicado su vida a proteger?
Orlando is a park ranger living in the depths of the Peruvian Amazon, surrounded by monkeys rescued from the illegal wildlife trade. Paradoxically, he lives in a cage while the monkeys roam freely outside. It’s a dangerous life for Orlando who bears the scars from many monkey attacks as he reintegrates them back into the wild. Now in his 70s, Orlando faces the threat of retirement saying that he’d die of sorrow if he returned to the city. Will he be forced into leaving the forest he calls home and the monkeys he has dedicated his life to protecting?
